How We Work

We meet

We meet you at your home or office to discuss your project in depth.

There is no cost or obligation.

You decide

After our meeting, you decide whether to engage us. You pay a small fee if you decide you wish to work with us.

This is our only charge.

Briefing and analysis

We help you develop a detailed brief for your project, then we analyse closely the best possible matches of creative professionals for you and your project—as well as project managers and planning consultants, if you need them.

Our proposals

We discuss your project in depth with shortlisted practices. The practices confirm their keen interest and availability to us.

We then send you illustrated proposals, tailored to your project, on each of the optimal practices.

Your final choice

We arrange the initial meeting with practices for you.

You then select the ideal creative partners to work with.

We act as your sounding board throughout and assist with personal advice to help you make the best possible choice of architect, interior designer or garden designer.

Advisory Board

Our board includes Britain’s most impressive authorities on interior design, architecture and garden design. They are our talent spotters. And our bouncers on the door. No architect or designer joins our roster of talent without our Board’s approval. And no practice ever pays to join.
